This past Friday, on May 25th, an awards ceremony was held to honor the Athletes at Blessed Trinity School. With 20 competing teams in the All Catholic Conference, the BTS cougars were runner up in the A1 division for all age groups. To award their success for the 2017-2018 school year, each athlete was given an achievement medal to signify their completion of a sport. Other awards such as Most Valuable Player and the Father Carney Sportsmanship award were given to those who had outstanding skills and exemplary character on the field. Moreover, the cheerleaders of BTS also performed which is an example of how Blessed Trinity’s Athletic department continues to grow with more teams being added each year for those who express interest.
