Box 112212, Anchorage, AK 99511, 907-244-5210). DO&G is providing public notice and an opportunity to comment under 38.05.035(e)(l)(C)(ii). BEX is the current lessee of record for this lease; however, BEX has entered into a joint venture with and has submitted an application to assign an 87.5% working interest to AEA for this lease. The application is pending, and at the time the assignment is approved, AEA will be the operator of the lease and drilling program. The proposed drillsite/well is located in: Section 9, Township 04 North, Range 14 East of the Umiat Meridian. BEX/ AEA proposes to drill one vertical well, lcewine # l, to take cores in both unconventional and conventional reservoirs in ADL 392301. Depending on results from initial drilling and the time remaining in the season, BEX/ AEA may drill a lateral well, sidetracks, or additional penetrations from the same exploration pad. The drilling is proposed to occur from the Franklin Bluffs pad, adjacent to the Dalton Highway. Surface ownership is the State of Alaska. The application meets all of the requirements of 11AAC83.158.
