Entrance VestibulesThe two entrances will be redecorated in line with the venue’s new look and feel. Works will include:• Laying traditional new floor tiles.• Adding new pendent lighting.Bar and Dining AreaThe bar and dining area will be fully refurbished and redecorated, focusing on traditional style, comfort and quality. The raised level will be removed, and the new decoration will attract customers in to enjoy a bespoke drink and light food menu at any time of day. Works will include:• Exposing and re-painting cast iron columns.• Removing raised floor level, and retaining and infilling

timber flooring.• Sanding, staining and sealing all flooring to a dark

wood finish.• Removing lowered ceiling throughout the bar zone, and

repapering with distressed metallic painted anaglypta.• Stripping out fixed seating, and replacing it with a

mixture of new and refurbished loose furniture.• Adding a deep button back seating, with a mix of

patterned fabrics and leather.• Adding new, feature light fittings.• Adding traditional wooden paneling to dado height.• Decorating the space with traditional style art work,

large mirrors and bric-a-brac.• Adding a new feature Whisky wall display.• Retaining the current electrics and TV, as well as adding

new wiring for two further TVs.SnugThe snug area will be fully redecorated in line with the new traditional style of the pub. The raised level will be removed, and the area will provide a stylish and intimate setting to enjoy a bite to eat or a drink. Works will include:• Stripping out the raised floor level, and replacing with

tiled flooring.• Introducing full height timber wall paneling.• Adding poseur height benches, tables and stools.• Adding fixed furniture with a mix of patterned fabrics

and leather.• Installing a lit-up feature book shelf.Bar ServeryThe existing bar servery will be retained and refinished in line with the new image of the pub, while a new bar gantry will be added. Works will include:• Sanding, staining and sealing bar counter and top

to a dark wood finish.• Laying new altro stronghold safety flooring.• Adding new decorative lighting.• Adding new back bar gantry

(as per the detailed drawing).• Moving the coffee machine to the back bar.• Introducing new cold water supply.

KitchenThe kitchen will be fully refurbished and upgraded so as to meet compliance standards, and introduce a light food offering. Works will include:• Extending the kitchen canopy.• Acquiring new appliances and utensils.• Laying new altro stronghold safety flooring.ToiletsThe ladies and gents toilets will be fully refurbished to provide quality facilities and reflect the pub’s new look and feel. Works will include:• Laying new floor tiles.• Redecorating with wall tiles.• Introducing high-quality sanitary ware. • Adding new LED down lights.CellarThe location will remain the same, with minor repair works to be carried out where necessary. A SmartDispense system will be installed to reduce waste and improve quality.Outdoor AreaThe new outdoor trading area will be relocated to the left hand side of the pub (subject to permissions). The outdoor area will be visible from the road. Works will include:• Adding a new access door linking the outdoor drinking

area to the lounge.• Adding two new retractable awnings.• Introducing new wooden outdoor tables and chairs.• Introducing new pot plants around edges of outdoor

seating areas.Licensee AccommodationThis will be in line with our ‘Ready to Trade’ promise, so you can focus on creating an exceptional venue from the outset. The venue will be decorated to a high standard throughout.Signage and External AreaThe pub exterior, lighting and signage will be transformed to attract passing trade and communicate the pub’s total rebrand, giving the venue a new place on the map. The signage scheme will reflect the new traditional, classy ambience. Works will include:• Lowering all windows to existing structural opening

height, and reinstating windows to match the current ones.

• Introducing a new colour scheme, matching the internal offering.

• Upgrading the signage and lettering.• Adding new, traditional outdoor light fittings.
