THE STUDENT HUB LAUNCHES ERAONLINE
A NEW STUDENT PORTAL TO INCREASE PASS RATE
Cape Town, Stellenbosch, September 6, 2016– Today marks 1 week after The Student Hub announced the national launch of Eraonline the most innovative student online portal yet, that will help increase learners’ productivity and performance through digital learning.
“This is great news for students who are looking for the most convenient and affordable option to acquire learning material and support”, said Hertzy Kabeya, MD at The Student Hub, “…Our aim was to create a dynamic learner centered education system engineered to equip the student to thrive and just a week after the launch, the uptake is overwhelming.”
Productivity and Performance
Kabeya said that this disruptive innovation can give students access to a wide range of interactive study support tools, expert assistance on demand content, 24/7 Assignment support, exam-and test-preparation tools, multiple payment methods and soon low price e-books, personalized content, and printable topics. The company will also be unveiling free basic internet through Era-devices soon.

In September 2015 Student Hub was chosen as one of 9 winners of the LaunchLab Ideas Programme in the Edutech vertical. The company was awarded seed funding to participate in the LaunchLab’s Lift-Off Programme which is an incubation programme for LaunchLab residents. The Lift-off Programme accelerates entrepreneurs to new level and this is exactly what happened to the Student Hub through the LaunchLab connection with Bill Paladino, part of the LaunchLab mentor network.
