My anual trip to Venice for State of Art Academy Day #5 is not far away now. I decided to start for myself a new personal work for my portfolio with the idea of a Venice Loft.TRANSCRIPT

My annual trip to Ven-ice for State of Art Acad-emy Day #5 is not far away now(less then one month). I decided to start for my-self a new personal work for my portfolio with the idea of a Venice Loft.
It turned out to be a lot of fun as well as a bit of a technical challenge, cause i wanted to model everything (almost everything:) from scratch. The lighting is provided by a V-Ray DomeLight, using HDR skies by Vizpeople. Brick textures from Arro-way with some corrections. Modeling and rendering in 3ds Max 2014 and V-Ray 2,40 (need to upgrade). Post-work done in Photoshop.

My personal challenge At the beginning of this project I started a challenge with myself: create an interior scene using VRay in the simplest way as possible.One of the challenge was DOF straight from VRay.About 90% of the models were done by me except some Design-connected models. Special attention was given to all the Vray Shaders.I have worked for one month on this project in my free time.
