1. All Bids to be Per Lot as Numbered in tbe Catalogue,

2. The highest bidder to be the buyer. In all cases of disputed bids

the decision of the auctioneer shall be final.

payments on account as may be required, in default of whichthe lots purchased will be resold immediately. Mail bidders musthave an established credit with the auctioneers or cataloguers or

send a deposit equal to 25% of their bids.

4. The lots will be on exhibition the morning of the sale from

9 A.IM. to 1 P.AI. No lots will be shown during the sale,

5. Accounts must be paid, and purchases removed, within twenty-

four hours after the sale, or in the case of mail bidders, whenbills are rendered.

6. The authenticity of the coins is guaranteed by the cataloguers,

but all claims must be made within thirty days. The condition

is carefully stated and no lots are returnable except by agree-

ment of the cataloguers.

7. We charge no commission for purchasing at our sales.

any lots in the sale. Write the lot numbers on a sheet of paper,

bidders. Collectors who do not bid at a sale may have the list sent

LIBERTY STANDING QUARTER DOLLARS

to 1930 inclusive. All dates and all mint marks in superb

uncirculated condition. Every coin in this set is sharp

and brilliant, and the collector who has sought them in
