Schedule for The White LionBar ServeryThe bar servery will be refurbished and decorated in line with the rustic and industrial feel of the pub. Works will include: • Removing the end section of the bar servery, opening up the trade area and creating a streamlined point of

service. • Stripping back the existing counter front and adding a new distressed timber cladding. • Removing the existing over-bar gantry to improve vision to the back bar and premium display of products. • Stripping and removing the existing back bar fitting, installing a new steel design with free pour and back

bar dispensers. • Installing a new coffee machine to support the improved coffee offering.• Adding feature hanging lighting over the bar.• Decorating the space with faux planting. Trade AreaThe main trade area will be restructured to create a zoned space, providing up-tempo, multi-functional areas for customers to dine and drink. The front trade area will be tailored towards craft and cask drinkers, whilst the area at the rear of the pub will be focused towards diners. The entire space will be completely refurbished with a mix of timber and exposed finishes. Works will include: • Laying new polished timber flooring throughout in a variety of patterns to signify changes in zones.• Removing the DJ booth and the raised floor at the rear of the pub to expand the kitchen. • Installing feature display units holding various decorative items.• Adding a new rustic waiter station.• Installing a feature Opti-myst fireplace and decorating its surrounding area.• Introducing an eclectic mix of seating throughout the space, including sofas and fixed booths at the front,

and leather and wooden dining chairs at the rear.• Upholstering the seating in a variety of polished leathers and floral printed fabrics.• Decorating walls in a variety of finishes, including brick slips, reclaimed boarding with bric-a-brac and feature

glazed tiles. • Decorating the space with feature wall coverings.• Retaining two AWP machines.• Adding TV’s throughout the space in positions optimal for live sports viewers, while not intrusive for other

ToiletsThe existing washrooms will be refurbished and redecorated in line with the pub’s modern look and feel. The toilet corridor will feature wall finishes and artwork installations. Other works will include:• Adding new wall tiles. • Laying brand-new vinyl flooring. • Installing new vanity units and sanitaryware. • Installing new cubicle partitions and a feature neon selfie wall in the women’s washrooms. • Decorating the walls in a contrast of concrete-style paint, stack bond tiling and brick slips. • Finishing the area with feature lighting and circular mirrors.• Retaining the existing accessible toilet, adding new flooring and paint decoration to the walls. Refurbishment of the outdoor bar and addition of timber pergolas with festoon lighting will give the pub increased kerb appeal, and increase the number of covers to 136. Works will include: • Refurbishing the outdoor bar which provides the opportunity for multiple income streams on warm market

days.• Installing a new timber pergola adjacent to the bar, with hops growing up and over the structure. • Decorating the pergola with festoon lighting. • Adding twinkle lights around the garden area. • Introducing a variety of new outdoor furniture, including poseur metal containers, large sharing tables with

wooden tops and dining height seating. • Installing feature living walls. • Finishing the space with potted plants. • Adding a blanket basket for continual comfort into cooler evenings.
