What is Eucharistic Adoration? Understood simply, Eucharistic Adoration is adoring or honoring the Eucharistic Presence of Christ.

In a deeper sense, it involves "the contemplation of the Mystery of Christ truly present before us".

During Eucharistic Adoration, we "watch and wait", we remain "silent" in His Presence and open

ourselves to His Graces which flow from the Eucharist .. . By worshiping the Eucharistic Jesus, we

become what God wants us to be! Like a magnet, The Lord draws us to Himself and gently transforms us.

We are truly blessed to have the opportunity to be in the true presence of Our Lord within our Chapel. If you are interested in

committing to one hour of Adoration, please contact Bill McDowell at 404-906-1598 or [email protected].

Rev. D. Jordi POU i Sabater

REST IN MY PRESENCE, allowing Me to take charge of this day. Do not bolt into the day like a

racehorse suddenly released. Instead, walk purposefully with Me, letting Me direct your course one

step at a time. Thank Me for each blessing along the way; this brings Joy to both you and Me. A

grateful heart protects you from negative thinking. Thankfulness enables you to the abundance I

shower upon you daily. Your prayers and petitions are winged to heaven’s throne room when they

are permeated with thanksgiving. In everything give thanks, for this is My will for you.

All-powerful and ever-living God, when Abraham left his native land

and departed from his people you kept him safe through all his journeys.

Protect these soldiers.

Be their constant companion

and their strength in battle,

their refuge in every adversity.

Guide them, O Lord,

that they may return home in safety.

We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Pray for Our Military - They are always prepared and ready to defend and protect us.

We give thanks to Commander Mauricio Posada for his many

years of dedicated service to our country. Mauricio recently

retired from the United States Coast Guard, and he will begin a

new career as a pilot for Delta Airlines.

We join his parents, Al and Eileen, in welcoming him back to

civilian life and wishing him much success and fulfillment as he

embarks on the next phase of his life’s journey. May God bless

you, Mauricio.
