Giving our own experiences is a good way of training people
But it’s important to do it in the right way
We are talking about someone who isn’t in the room
We aren’t being nice about them Should we use their name?
The same goes for any companies or organizations' we are talking about
It’s also important that we don’t share stories from training outside of the room.
