POSITION TITLE: Manager Administration Support
WORK UNIT: Assessments
RESPONSIBLE TO: Assessment Membership Manager
LOCATION: Canberra
PURPOSE: This position is primarily responsible for the support and delivery of member assessments and general supportive duties.
DutiesDuties include (but are not limited to):
Maintain and continually develop procedures to ensure that all member applications are processed in a timely, accurately and in conformity with eligibility and approval criteria.
Maintain familiarity with Board policies, rules and regulations in the area of member assessment and ensure these are applied.
Assist in all activities of the Member Assessment staff, filing, meting minutes and liaise with other assessors.
Respond to membership enquiries of a complex nature. Contribute to improvements with the online eMembership system. Assist in both entry of client data and generate reports. Review and update standard operational procedures (SOP) Other administrative duties ad required.

Communication and relationships Engineers Australia staff including Accredited Assessors, Professional Standards & Practice and
Divisions to provide information/advice on how to respond to queries concerning Skills Assessment. Communications with applicants, migration agents, and Department of Immigration case officers in relation to individual assessments. Communications with AEI-NOOSR and DIDP in relation to general procedures for

assessments for Skilled Migration. Communicate with overseas assessing authorities and assessing bodies for other professions.
