User Manual for Udyog Mitra

The objective of the project is to create a complete User Manual for

Udyog Mitra website of Online Filing and Tracking Application for SIPB

Approved Proposals. This document consist the complete User Manual

for the Entrepreneur. The Entrepreneur of Online Filing and Tracking

Application for SIPB Approved Proposals is the user who can sign up to

the website and can fill the SIPB form and check its status.

1. Getting Started

Login to the Online Filing and Tracking Application for SIPB

Approved Proposals

Login section opens when user clicks on the login tab of menu bar.

Entrepreneur needs to enter the username and password to enter the

Entrepreneur panel.

Logout

After login to the entrepreneur panel user can logout from the panel by clicking on

the logout button located on the header of entrepreneur panel like given below

After logging into the Entrepreneur panel, initially dashboard will be shown to get

a brief pictorial introduction about the application and the interface of the

screen will be as given below

It consists of a menu and by clicking on any of the link will redirect you to

particular section. Different links in the menu are as follows;

On the top left corner of the application there is a logo for Udyog Mitra, which

also works as a home button. If you are on any page inside the application after

clicking on this button, it will guide you through the dashboard again.

This is the welcome message shown on the top right corner of the application. It

shows your name, designation, current date and current time with your

photograph if you have attached.

Footer

At bottom left corner, you will find this logo B24 e Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is the name of

the company who has designed this software. So for any query feel free to

contact us.

This logo suggests that all the part of this application is the copyright of Udyog

Mitra, and can't be misused without considering UM is an offense.



3. Dashboard

It will give you a brief idea about the SIPB form has been accepted, Approved,

Reviewed, issued by the BIADA etc. It is basically a brief tabular description of

SIPB forms status.

On the top left corner of the application there is a logo for Udyog Mitra,

which also works as a home button. If you are on any page inside the

application after clicking on this button, it will guide you through the

dashboard again.

This is the dashboard image, stating different SIPB form status with the

date.

When you select Notification option it shows the following screen. This

shows the SIPB form code and their status.

When you click view icon on any particular line, it will open information of

the SIPB. Below is the screen shown after clicking on the view button and

you can also download this SIPB form by clicking on the download button.



When you select Feedback from Department below screen will be shown

and if any feedback given by moderator or nodal office then it will be

shown there.

When you select Letter seeking comment below screen will be shown and

you can also download the letter from here.



4. Fill SIPB Form

In this section you can fill SIPB form online. You can add details of Investor, Project

Technical/Financial details, Project Location, Employment Details, Expected Date of

Commencement of Commercial Production and finally you have to sign

declaration.

Below is the SIPB Form, it will show all those fields that are required in the SIPB form.

Investor Details

This is the investor details form you have to fill the details according to requirements. It

contains:-

1. Name of Entity/Firm/Company

2. Type of Entity/Firm/Company

3. Date of incorporation/registration of Entity/Firm/Company

4. Registered office address details

5. Contact details (to be used for communicating via e-mail and SMS)



6. Please indicate whether proposal is formed for Establishing a new unit or

Effecting substantial expansion

7. Please provide the target sector for the proposed investment

Project Location/Land Details

This is the Project Location/Land Details form you have to fill the details according to

requirements. It contains:-

1. Has the land been arranged for the proposed unit?

2. Approximate area of land arranged

3. Is the land inside an industrial area?

4. Location for the proposed unit

Project Details- Technical This is the Project Technical Details form you have to fill the details according to


1. Proposed class of activity

2. Proposed item of manufacture/ nature of service

3. Is the proposed item/ service a part of the Negative List?(As per Annexure-II of

Industrial Incentive Policy, 2011)

4. New unit -Proposed Annual Capacity with unit

5. Proposed by-products to be manufactured

6. Please provide the following details regarding the proposed project

Raw material(s) to be used

Estimated power requirement(Megawatt)

Estimated power requirement(Megawatt)



Clearances/ permissions required:(Please select the clearances as

required for your project)

you have to fill the details according to requirements. It contains:-

2. Year

Declaration This is the Declaration form you have to fill the details according to requirements. It

contains:-

1. Name of Promoter

2. Designation of Promoter

3. Signature

4. Place

5. Date of Submission



Additional Charges to be paid This is the Additional Charges to be paid table; it shows the description and amount of

charges to be paid by you.



5. SIPB Form Status

In this section you can view brief information about SIPB Form. You can also

edit/delete the information of SIPB Form.

Below is the home page for SIPB Form Status, it will show the status of SIPB form on

SIPB website.

When you click edit button on any particular SIPB form line, it will open the

information of the SIPB form to edit it.

You can delete any SIPB Form Status by clicking on the Delete icon.



6. Approved Project Status

In this section you can view the approval date of SIPB form, its status, description

and SIPB code. You can also upload the progress report of the SIPB Form.

Below is the home page for Approved Project Status, it will show all those projects

which have been SIPB Approved, when you click anywhere on any particular

proposal line, it will open.

You can upload the Progress Report by clicking on the radio button for a

particular SIPB Code. Below is the form appears after you click on the Upload

Progress Report radio button.



This is the Upload Progress Report option provided to upload the progress

report of any particular SIPB form according to requirements. It contains :-

1. Total Proposed Investment – You can write the investment done in the

proposal.

2. Total up to Date Expenditure (Till Date) – You can write the expenditure

done till date.

3. Physical Progress up to Date (Till Date) – You can write the Physical

Progress up to till date.

4. Target of Expenditure to be incurred till the end of Current Financial

Year – You can write the target of expenditure to be incurred till the

end of current financial year.

5. Target of Physical Progress to be incurred till the end of Current

Financial Year – You can write the Physical Progress to be incurred till

the end of current financial year.

6. No. of Employment (Till Date) – You can write No. of Employees

7. Description – You can write the description of progress in the SIPB form.



7. How it Works

In this section you can view all the queries related to SIPB form. Below is the screen of

How it works page.



8. Profile

This is the profile section of the moderator. You can put on your details; change them

with time if there is any change. It contains a Number of mandatory fields and some

general fields.

Mandatory Fields are * marked.

First Name – you have to put your first name here.

Last Name – you have to put your last name here.

Middle Name – if you have a middle name, please write it down here, however

it’s not mandatory.

Email ID – it will be auto filled, and wouldn’t be changed.

Mobile Number – you have to put your mobile number here.

Photo Upload – you have to upload your image in this field, however it’s not

mandatory.

Photo Preview – This will give the preview of image uploaded.

Signature Upload – you have to upload your signature image in this field,

however it’s not mandatory.

Signature Preview – This will give the preview of signature image uploaded.

Country – You have to put your country name here.

State/Province - You have to put your State/Province name here.

Town - You have to put your Town name here.

Pin code - You have to put your Pin code name here.



9. Setting

Settings section can be used to change the password of your profile. It contains

three fields:-

1. Old Password

2. New Password

3. Confirm Password

Old Password represents your previous password of your profile.

New Password means you have to enter a new password for your profile

And Confirm password field will contain the same new password twice,

just to cross check that the password you have provided is correct at both

the places.

After providing the details, you can SAVE the changes by clicking on save

button, or you can reset everything to enter another password by clicking on

RESET button
