2A: The Cane Corso is a rare and unique breed, which must be provided with positive, fair, and consistent training. THOREOZ pedigrees are not to be abused or have brutal punishments in any way. If THOREOZ becomes aware of any physical or mental mistreatment of this pedigree, legal action will be taken to seize pedigree for return to Thore Cane Corso.

3A: THOREOZ pedigrees are supplied with a recommended feeding guide; however, occasionally special dietary requirements may arise. THOREOZ asks the Primary Owner to follow the feeding guide provided unless otherwise advised by a veterinarian.

3B: THOREOZ is to be notified immediately of any accident, injury, or death of the pedigree.

3C: The Primary Owner agrees to take all precautions necessary to prevent any accidental mating arising. If an accidental mating arises, THOREOZ is to be notified immediately. THOREOZ will then advise structured procedures that should be utilized to correct the accidental mating. A de-sexing order will be issued at any time if cross-breeding occurs, whether accidental or planned and is not terminated.

3D: In no way will THOREOZ be liable for any damage or outcome that the pedigree delivers once pedigree leaves breeder. It is the Primary Owner’s responsibility to properly train, handle and maintain the pedigree. If any problems arise, THOREOZ is available for advice on how to correct the issue/s.

3E: If for some reason the Primary Owner wishes to on-sell the pedigree, THOREOZ is to be notified before any arrangements are made. THOREOZ is happy to work with the Primary Owner to find a new suitable owner if relocation of THOREOZ pedigree becomes necessary. Primary Owner must sign the On-Sell contract, and THOREOZ must approve of the sale of the pedigree before any funds, agreements or transfer is made.

3F: THOREOZ is to be notified of any change in the Primary Owner’s contact details, including relocation address of pedigree.
