We started using an online management tool and “volunteer logis>cs” database called Volgis'cs.
Using this new system… • Mul>ple administrators can look up volunteers for a
project and then log volunteer service hours at any >me, and from any device with internet access
• Our organiza>on can capture volunteer contact informa>on, availability, skills, interests, projects and service hours all in one protected place

uses of Volunteers read 10-‐15 short essay submissions and help us pick the YourTurn essay contest winners. Short volunteer commitment, all done remotely.
Alumni currently aXending UST help us to prepare our magazines for
distribu>on once each quarter, by packaging and
addressing bundles of magazines.
Program alumni and individual
supporters helped to promote the fall fundraiser and “bundle” group dona>ons within their workplaces and social circles.
