One other suggestion would be to grind a flat spot at the 12 o’clock position at the vertical joints of the turbine and exhaust casings (shown in the image below). Ensure they are flat and level. Then once a year a drop check measurement can be verified and recorded between the two casings, monitoring the exhaust casing slippage.
