Located on a 7 acre parcel as part of the 32 acre Civic Center Master Plan, this Center features a 45,000 S.F. building with public/private outdoor meeting spaces, outdoor living room with fire pit, a classical formal garden and streetscape plan.

The Library Building is located in the National Historic District in the heart of “Old Town” Orange. The Library Landscape celebrates the City’s past with the restoration and featured inclusion of the original 1890’s Plaza Fountain, an outdoor History Walk and Plant Palette selected to reflect Orange’s agrarian roots.
