The Basics

This space is not optional. We need to know which type of Admin leave you are taking. This space also helpful for county holiday’s.

If you are a full time TEAMS or USPS employee these totals should ALWAYS read 40.00 per week

Unsolved MysteriesIf the YELLOW box is reading:

a) Negative number? – Check those “AM” and “PM” on your times.

b) Too many hours? – Again, check your times!

c) The infamous “#VALUE!” error? – more than likely you hit “8;00”

instead of “8:00” or you forgot to add the space between

“8:00[space]AM” OR your font is too big/cell size is too small.

Activity Report

•Runs from the first day of the month through the last day of the month. The information on the Activity Report should match the time on the timecard AND the mileage on the mileage form.

•If you are unexpectedly sick, this needs to be tracked on the Activity Report AS WELL AS the timecard.
