Company Profile
Chengdu Organic Chemicals Co. Ltd., Chinese Academy of Sciences (COCC) is a state- owned
high-tech enterprise focused on technology research and development. It was transformed from
Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Science (CIOC) established in
1958. Currently, , the total assets is over 36$ million, and there are more than 300 staff including
over 120 masters.and doctors.
Timesnano belongs to COCC. Timesnano began to prepare
CNTs by natural gas catalytic decomposition in 1996, it has
been supported by the the fund Chinese academy dean, the
Chinese academy of sciences knowledge innovation project ,
the national "863 plan of CNTs, the major national scientific
research plan and so on. With these funs, Timesnano has done
a lot of work on CNTs synthesis and application, and a series
of progresses has been obtained. Timesnano is the member of
CNTs National Standards drafting. Furthermore, Timesnano
realized CNTs industrial production for the first time in China
and realized industrial application for the first time in China.
With the expansion of research on carbon nanomaterial,
Timesnano launched graphene products in 2011. Currently,
the products of Timesnano include CNTs powder, CNTs paste,
graphene, graphene oxidegraphene nanoplatelets and their
related application products, such as conductive additives for
lithium ion battery, CNTs thermal radiation coating,
CNTs transparent static conductive coating, CNTs conductive fillers, CNTs functional
masterbatches, CNTs epoxy composite, etc. By the end of 2013, Timesnano applied for 39 patents
with 12 authorized, and pulished more than 80 SCI papers

Shipments are routinely made by EMS /FedEx. A shipping charge of 20.00 applies for all order.
All other destinations:
Shipments are routinely made by EMS/DHL/FedEx/TNT. Shipping and handling
charges apply. The shipping charges depend on the destination as well as on the actual
gross weight of the shipment and therefore have to be determined individually.
Alternatively, shipment can be arranged through any other courier service of your
choice. Please provide your account number with your preferred courier service when
Ordering. The handling charges of $30.00 applied for every order.
Please note that not all products listed in this publication are on-stock items and may

14 Purchase Procedure and Bank Account Information
How to purchase our CNTs and what's the process for purchasing?
Step 1: Customer place the purchase order.
Step 2: According to the requirements, Timesnanos offer the products
quotation/purchase contract and proforma invoice to customers.
Step 3: Customers pay the payment in advance by Wire Transfer (T/T),
Paypal or Western Union, and then, fax or scan the bank
