Ear Acupuncture-quit smoking

Acupuncture is one of the therapeutic interventions by physiotherapists Ear acupuncture is the practice

of stimulating specific points in the ear For quit smoking with ear acupuncture the specific points

used in the ear are lung (C014) mouth (C01) sympathetic nerve (AH6a) and Shenmen (TF4) it will reduce the craving and lessen the withdrawal symptoms associated with quitting The treatment will focus on the jitter the craving the irritability and

the restlessness that people commonly complain
