• The first fan-free draft inducer in the world

• Specifically designed for residential use on wood stoves

• Uses 500 watts (4.1 amps) to generate more than 500 degrees in the flue within minutes

• Completely silent because there’s no fan

• Insures all smoke exhausts out, with no chance for reverse draft

• Less creosote build up in the flue

Introducing the first inline draft inducer designed for wood inserts.

Many wood inserts have problems with draw since they’re set into a cold fireplace that’s separated from the house by a panel, trapping cold air in the fireplace cavity.

New inserts with secondary combustion struggle to get enough heat up the flue to create draw. The DCWI is compact enough to fit almost all applications.

At 500 watts (4.1 amps) the DCWI will generate more than 600 degrees of heat in the flue. It’s built with high grade 304 stainless steel for safety and durability and comes with a built-in thermostat control that will shut the heater off once the fire is going and will turn back on when the fire dies down.

“I would like to thank you for producing what I consider to be the most revolutionary product for drafting a fireplace. I had contacted your company after seeing your product video on Youtube. I have been searching for solutions now for over a year since my neighbor placed large trees on our property line causing my terrible draft issues. I spent over $900.00 on various products (ie. chimney liner extension, fan draft inducer, VacuStack) to no avail and thought that I was simply destined to live with smoke filled rooms ..... until I got the Draw Collar. After placing the Draw Collar on my rear venting Jøtul F3CB I could not be happier. I simply plug it in, let it warm up for 20 minutes and light my fire. I have not had any issues getting a good draft/fire going immediately WITHOUT ANY SMOKE!! Your product is well worth the money!! I was quite impressed with its construction design as well as the quality materials used in the product. Thank you again for solving my draft issue!! We could not be happier now that we can once again look forward to many warm evenings WITHOUT SMOKE!!”

“We had a new stove installed in the basement but just couldn't seem to get it started without smoking up the room. After a couple of times of smoking up the whole house  we desperate ly needed a so lut ion and  found the draw collar on the website. After a bit of research and a few phone calls we decided that the draw collar would be the solution and it has worked very well. We're having to re-paint the entire basement due to the original smoke damage but now we're confident that our smoky starts are history.”

“Just wanted to let you know how satisfied I am with the Draw Collar. I have had our stove for a few years and as others have mentioned, the biggest problem is the associated smoke you get when you light a fire as a result of the cold down draft from the chimney. It was so frustrating  I was ready to convert to alternative methods when I visited a fireplace and stove facility who introduced me to the Draw Collar. I thought I would try the Draw Collar before mak ing any a l ternat ive heating  changes. I installed the collar and I am very pleased and satisfied. I now can light my stove and enjoy a comfortable fire without any smoke. I would highly recommend the Draw Collar.”

“I just wanted to let you know how the draw collar is working. It's great! We were ready to remove our wood-burning s tove f rom our basement , the downdrafts were so strong and frequent. I found the draw collar online and after speaking with John, decided to give it a try. My only regret is that I didn't get one sooner. It's works great, and I've never had one problem--not ONE--since installing the draw collar. We have a tall mason flue which I was skeptical of the draw collar heating effectively. This product works, and I will comfortably recommend it to everyone who is having back-puffing problems. Thanks so much for a quality product!”

“We have now used and enjoyed our Draw Collar through all four seasons. We have a cabin located at 9,000 feet in the Uinta Mountains. Our primary heat source is a wood burning stove. My stove is located in the great room and keeps my cabin comfortably warm, even at the sub zero temperatures we encounter during the winter months. My chimney is a little over 30 feet high. In addition to using the stove all through the winter, the evenings and nights at that altitude usually require the use of the stove the year round. Because our cabin is primarily used on weekends and holidays the stove is often started up from a cold condition. Prior to installing the Draw Collar it was often difficult to get a draft flowing through that long column of cold air. We would frequently get smoke into the cabin and sometimes had a difficult time getting a good fire started. Since installing the Draw Collar those problems have been eliminated. Now when I arrive at the cabin we turn on the Draw Collar first thing. By the time I get the truck unloaded and clean the ashes out of the stove, it is ready for a fire. NEVER ANY SMOKE IN THE CABIN AND ALWAYS A ONE MATCH FIRE.”

“Thanks for finding the cure to my wood stove I have a two story house and could never get the pipe warm enough to draw. I would have to use a hair dryer just to get the pipe warm. My wife was getting sick of me smoking the house out until I tried out the draw collar and that solved all my problems.”

“I have a basement wood burning stove and for the last couple of years it has been very difficult to use. Because of the distance from the basement to the roof top plus the cold air, I generally had a difficult time getting the stove to draw properly and even to start. I would have to use my daughters hair dryer or a little camping stove to get the pipe warmed up in order to even get it started. Sometimes the cold air would push the smoke back down the flu and into the basement. Needless to say it was a pain. Well, since the installation of the Draw Collar I have had none of those problems. It preheats the flu and enables it to draw like a champ. Having fires downstairs is now a pleasant experience rather than the difficult or even scary (wondering if it is going to smoke again this time) experience. It is a great invention and I wish you all the success in getting it to market.”
