TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Offer is valid till February 19, 2012.

2. This Offer is valid for all Citibank Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing.

3. A Citibank Cardmember/s for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Credit/Debit Cardissued by/from Citibank in India.

4. The Offer will be available to the Customers on the box office (over the counter) bookings as well asthrough online bookings on any day for a Sunday show. A maximum of 3500 combos are available underthis Offer per month on a first come first serve basis.

5. During the period of this Offer, Cardmembers using their Citibank Credit / Debit Cards for the purposeof purchasing movie tickets from INOX will be entitled for a free popcorn and soft drink combo on eachticket.

6. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers that may be available to Citibank Cardmembersunder any other prevailing scheme or offer.

7. INOX & Citibank are not responsible for any personal health negligence arising due to known pre-existing food allergies or intake of food advised by physician to abstain from.

9. This Offer is brought to you solely by INOX.

10. Citibank/Diners Club is not making this offer, holds no warranty and is not representative of thedelivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer and/or products/servicesprovided by INOX under the Offer.

11. Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offerand/or products/services provided by INOX under the offer must be addressed in writing by the Cardmember directly to INOX and Citibank/Diners Club will not entertain any communication in thisregard.

12. Citibank/Diners Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered or forany personal injury that may be suffered to a Cardmember, directly or indirectly by use or non-use ofproducts/services provided by INOX under the Offer.

14. Citibank reserves the right to extend or terminate this Offer without prior notice.

15. Citibank reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all ofthese Terms & Conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Offer by other offer(s), whether similar tothis Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

16. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Cardmember to Citibank from usageof the Citibank Credit Card/ Debit Card by the Cardmember under this Offers and/or otherwise will be

governed by detailed Citibank Cardmember Terms & Conditions and Citibank Account Terms andConditions.
