REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

type in the following commands and press enter after each of the following:

ipconfig /flushdnsnetsh int ip reset reset.lognetsh int ip reset arpcachenetsh winsock reset

reboot machine.clean cookies, cache, history and prefetch {located: c:\windows\prefetch} del all files, reboot machine.
