Location The subject property is located in Oak Road Business Park,

an established business park situated on the south side of

the Nangor Road a short distance from its junction with the

Naas Road/Longmile Road junction. The Park is situated

approximately 8.0 kms west of Dublin city centre and is

2.0 kms from the M50 Motorway at Junction 9 Red Cow.
