Students may also visit the Arkansas Department of Higher Education website (www.adhe.edu) for additional scholarship information. Students should complete and submit the COTO Scholarship Application to be considered for a variety of available scholarships. December 1, 2013, is the priority deadline for financial aid for the Spring 2014 term.
