ADDENDUM NO. THREE (3) TO THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
VAUGHN CHEVROLET BUICK
NATCHITOCHES, LA
BA Project No. 2003

The following revisions shall be incorporated into the drawings and specifications for the project:
Item 1. Specifications Section 07 2500 – Weather Barriers:
Subject to conformance with the drawings and specifications, add the following approved product:
Prosoco, Inc.; R-Guard Spray Wrap MVP: www.prosoco.com.
Item 2. Specifications Section 08 1416 – Flush Wood Doors:
Subject to conformance with the drawings and specifications, add the following approved manufacturer:
Oshkosh Door Company: www.oshkoshdoor.com.
Item 3. Specifications Section 08 9200 – Louvered Equipment Enclosures:
Delete this section in entirety.
Item 4. Specifications Section 09 6500 – Resilient Flooring and Drawings Sheet A3.0 Finish Legend:
Revise VCT1 to Armstrong Migrations BBT Z3542 Sleet.
Revise VB1 to Armstrong Salt R48SL.
Revise VB7 to Johnsonite Tarkett 70 Bluest.
Item 5. Drawings Revised Sheet C1 Civil Site Package, Note 24:
Owner’s current dirtwork contractor (Legacy Construction Company) has been contracted separately to prepare
the building pad and take all existing grades down to subgrade. GC shall be responsible for compaction testing of
the prepared pad for compliance with the specifications. GC shall assume that all subgrade preparation shall be in
compliance with specified compaction densities, and GC is responsible for all testing. Legacy’s scope also
includes installation of all storm drainage and inlets, structures, etc. GC will be responsible for connection of roof
drains within 5’ of building. Legacy will install the temporary stone construction entrance. Legacy will also be
providing grass seeding, but GC will still be responsible for temporary erosion control measures as shown on sheet
D3 (silt fences, hay bales etc) and any final dressing of grades (and erosion control) at the perimeter of the site
once paving is completed.
Item 6. Drawings Sheet D1 Civil Site Package:
Refer revised Pipe Bedding Detail (attached). Crushed aggregate base under paving is not required.
Item 7. Drawings Sheet S3 – Framing Plan:
Replace with new sheet S3 (attached) deleting roof screen. Delete details R & S/S6.
Item 8. Drawings Sheet A2.3 Roof Plan and Details:
Delete roof screen. Delete detail 05/A2.3.
Item 9. Drawings Sheet A3.0 Finish Schedules:
Replace with new sheet A3.0 (attached). Adjusted finishes in rooms 112, 123, 124, 125.
MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING:
Item 10. Drawings Sheet E2.1 Floor Plan Lighting:
Refer Room 123 Retail Parts – Change (3) LA6 fixtures to (3) LA2 fixtures. Add fixture E1 emergency on ceiling
between fixtures and connect to unswitched circuit.
