GC shall be responsible for compaction testing of the prepared pad for compliance with the specifications. GC shall assume that all subgrade preparation shall be in compliance with specified compaction densities, and GC is responsible for all testing. Legacy’s scope also includes installation of all storm drainage and inlets, structures, etc. GC will be responsible for connection of roof drains within 5’ of building. Legacy will install the temporary stone construction entrance. Legacy will also be providing grass seeding, but GC will still be responsible for temporary erosion control measures as shown on sheet D3 (silt fences, hay bales etc) and any final dressing of grades (and erosion control) at the perimeter of the site once paving is completed. Item 6. Drawings Sheet D1 Civil Site Package: Refer revised Pipe Bedding Detail (attached). Crushed aggregate base under paving is not required. Item 7.
