This is the main page that you will see when first time you hit the page http://www.turbobase.com. This is the main door to enter the website.In order to enter, click the 'Login'

If you already know your account and password, then just enter them in the top section. Otherwise, if this is your first time, or you forget your password, you can generate a new password in the bottom of page.

Once you login, you will see a Welcome page as displayed here. From here, you can go to multiple route, Members, Meeting, or Club Information.

This is displayed when you click on Members link in the left menu.

This is displayed when you click on Send an Email to membersfrom the Member menu. As you can see, you can easily send email to the Administrators or to all members.

Click on Meetings in the left menu. From here, you can do several things, such as show the schedule, list all meetings, or add a new meeting.

When you click on Show Schedule, then you will see all of our schedule in the system.

When you click on Add a New Meeting, you will be able to schedule a meeting. First it will ask you the date and time.

Then it will ask you to fill the form with all of the names assigned to a role.

As you can see, it has all of the members name as the option, so no more mistyped your peer's name.

Besides the set of traditional role, it also has option to define your own club's role. For example, Invocation, Tipster, Jokemaster, Wordmaster ,etc can be entered as well.

When the meeting set up is completed, it will show the screen with the complete meeting information. This is something that you can send to guest if you choose to. For example, for our meeting tonight, the URL is http://www.turbobase.com/talk/meetings/view?meetingId=17245

When you are done, you can choose to send out the meeting agenda to members. As you can see, you have several options here. You also can put additional message in the email.
