AbstractThis study aims to 1) to study the effects of English Vocabulary Learning Strategies to enhance
the reading skill in TOEIC test 2) to compare the ability to do the reading skill in TOEIC test before and after teaching English Vocabulary Learning Strategies and 3) to study the satisfaction of the students who used English Vocabulary Learning Strategies to enhance the reading skill in TOEIC test. The sample of students was the first year students of Aviation Personnel Development Institute (APDI) at Kasem Bundit University, Bangkok, first academic semester 2016, 165 students by selecting four specific classes which were assigned to teach. Spent 10 times, 90 minutes each for 10 weeks in teaching were conducted by researches plan One Class Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instruments used in experiments were 10 lesson plans English Vocabulary Learning Strategies from word Analysis and Guessing the meaning from context clues the achievement test using a virtual test Tactics for TOEIC® Listening and Reading Test by OXFORD University (Only Reading Part using) 100 questions total score 495 and the questionnaires about satisfaction of students with English Vocabulary Learning Strategies. Data were analyzed by using the average Standard Deviation and the statistical test t-test Dependent. The research found that the sample who be taught by using English Vocabulary Learning Strategies after learning got higher score from the achievement test using a virtual test. The level of statistical significance was 0.01 and the students can use English Vocabulary Learning Strategies to increase vocabulary and enhance their ability to do TOEIC Test better. The hypothesis testing found:
1. The using of English Vocabulary Learning Strategies can enhance the ability to do TOEIC Test in reading skills.
2. Achievement of using a virtual test Tactics for TOEIC® Listening and Reading Test by OXFORD University (Only Reading Part using) after using English Vocabulary Learning Strategies higher than before
3. The students are satisfied with the teaching of English Vocabulary Learning Strategies to enhance ability to do TOEIC Test in Reading Skills at a high level.
