APRIL 10: Mr. Nydam Mr. Nydam will continue a series on the character quality of “hope” focusing on the Easter story!

We had a great time in chapel this morning! Some of the students did an amazing job helping Mrs. Gerber lead worship, as they shared some of the songs from their upcoming concert. After that, Mr. Keefe introduced the new word for the month, “Hope.” Hope is the belief that something good can come out of something bad, and today Mr. Keefe explained this idea through the story of Lazarus. John 11 tells the story of how Lazarus dies (something bad) and Jesus raises him from the dead (something good). Not only was Jesus showing that he was the Son of God, but he was showing that he had power over sin and death. No matter what happens, we can remember that Jesus is more powerful than we could ever imagine.

Tom Keefe Tom is really enjoying serving in his role this year as the Student Life Director at Legacy. He oversees the spiritual growth and leadership development of our K-12 students. He is passionate about knowing Jesus, wants to pass that knowledge on to others, and desires for all of our students to grow in relationship with their Lord.
