I agree with mos t of this lis t. But if youre gonna include a makeup artist who rose to fame with

YouTube, its pretty obvious that it should be Michelle Phan. She has a huge following worldwide (not just

in the UK as with Lauren Luke) and about 1.3 million s ubscribers, so out of YouTube I would definitely

say she has the most impact.
