Potential ability to accommodate some displaced Steindorf Tenants at the DO

Existing workshop 3,500 sf is underutilized. Could be quickly renovated and leased along with some of maintenance yard.

Build a new smaller workshop. 2,000 sf Expand maintenance yard into front
