Summary According to the MLS, Torrance real estate activity in September improved with respect to the market median days to sell and total listings but declined marginally for total sales, market median sales price, and the sales/listing ratio. Year-over-year stats proved encouraging with a 28.9% increase in total sales, a $47K bump in the market median sales price, and a 31.9% drop in the median days to sell.
