$55 million - Developer in acquisition, building construction and site improvements

$121.6 million - Employer in machinery & equipment (new and acquired from Collins Aerospace), hardware & software, furniture, fixtures and tenant improvements

Minimum Improvements – 200,000 sq. ft. classified defense aerospace commercial building and related site improvements

Timeline – commenced October 1, 2020, completed by July 31, 2022

Terms Employment – 650 FTEs of which 550 FTEs above HQJ Wage rate Incentives

20-year, 75% exemption of new value (available through the HQJ Program) City to construct Off-Site Improvements – turn lanes on 6th St SW to provide
