ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT REGISTRATION FLOW OF USER ACCOUNTS

A user account is available after having registered in the following procedures.

<Step1> Submit an application to TMC for registration of distributer's account administrators. (First Time Only) TMC registers ATSC account IDs of distributer's account administrators to TMC server.

<Step2> Distributer's account administrators register dealer administrators to TMC

server. Distributer's account administrators use their ATSC ID, registered in

STEP1, to register dealer administrator's account IDs to TMC server.

<Step3> Dealer's account administrators register dealer general users. Dealer's account administrators use their ID, registered in STEP2,

to register dealer general user's account IDs to TMC server.

ACCOUNT USER RIGHTS The ability of each account type to register, change or delete accounts is outlined in the following table. Dist Administrator…………………………………...Up to 5 accounts can be registered.

Use a Dist General for a user (users) at the Distributor to whom you want to assign the same work rights as a Dealer General User. If not required, this does not need to be registered.

Registering an Account HINT:

Only a Dist Administrator account has the user rights to register Dist Administrator accounts. (For details, refer to page 3.)

When registering a Dist Administrator account, use a Dist Administrator account which has already been registered.

Up to 5 Dist Administrator accounts can be registered.

① Log into “GLOBALTECHSTREAM.com” (URL: http://globaltechstream.com) and enter the following menus: [My Page] → [Vehicle Key Account Administration]

② Enter your ATSC account “User ID” and “Password” and select [Login].

③ Select [User Account Management] on the Account Management Menu screen.

④ Select [Create Account] on the Account Management screen.

⑤ After inputting the appropriate details for “User ID (*)” (required), “User Name (*)”

(required), “Mail Address”, “Telephone No”, “Fax No” and “Permission”, select [Enter]. NOTICE: For “User ID (*)”, input the digits of the ATSC account ID before the @. When assigning vehicle key registratione work rights, do not deselect the

"Permission" checkbox.

If “Can not delete due to users still existing in selected Dealer Code” is displayed, it is necessary to delete all accounts associated with the selected dealer before proceeding.

CHANGE KEY REGISTRATION SERVER ACCOUNT PASSWORD

About Passwords a. The first time an account is used to log into the key registration server, it will be necessary

to change the temporary password. The temporary password must be changed within 180 days of issue. If the password is not changed, the account user ID will become invalid and cannot be used. If the temporary password expires, a new temporary password will need to be issued. Make sure to change the temporary password.

b. A password will expire 180 days after being changed. If the password is not changed before it expires, the account user ID will become invalid and cannot be used. If the password expires, a temporary password will need to be issued before the account user ID can be used again. After logging into the key registration server again, it will be necessary to change the temporary password.
