21st Century Leadership
WHAT’S INSIDE Are you aware of the paradigm shifts in the
21st Century? Do you have what it takes to lead
your organization, division, department or even
yourself in the new millennium? Do you know
how to exploit the Net and create a positive team
environment? Do you lead or manage and know
the difference?
Don’t feel bad if you responded “no” to most or all of the above. Keeping pace with an ever changing,
complex and dynamic business world is what all
good leaders address as a major task.
This is precisely why, we continue in the pursuit of
knowledge and excellence both in the quality of
our personal and business lives. We are and will
continually strive for enhanced paradigms that
will reshape the way we live and do business. That
is why we are forever feeling the pulse of
corporations, government, global practices, and
the struggle of small businesses in the global
market.
The key to this survival kit is competency and
knowledge. In the following pages you will see
new programs that address current workplace
needs, in addition to personal needs. The
proliferation of technology, human behavior,
cultures and processes are all placing great
demands in our everyday life, and the need to
learn in a techno-management and techno-society
is having drastics effects for career and business
development.
The demand placed upon us, is not to be ignored.
In fact, requires us to have the desire and drive to
learn. None of us can afford to be lazy about

ANGER MANAGEMENT—UNDERSTANDING
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Many people with intellectual disabilities have difficulty
managing feelings of anger. Anger Management is a
complete training package for helping people with
intellectual or physical disabilities deal with anger in
constructive, effective ways.
The training program consists of slides, students
workbook, handouts, instructor led scripted sessions
dealing with topics such as recognising feelings of
anger, learning to relax and think calmly, and being
assertive and handling problems competently. Each
session follows a standard format, including
introductions, reviews of previous sessions, and
explanations.
The course covers important Anger Busting™ anger control principles like:
How to get control of your anger and stay in
control
Stopping the anger addiction cycle
Consequences of Anger on Relationships,
Employment and Health
Relationship of Anger to Addictive Behaviors
Understanding the Nature of Anger and
Recognizing Anger Styles
Anger Triggers
The Relationship Between Situations, Belief
Systems and Emotions
Replacing Irrational Thoughts With Rational Ones
Techniques for Cooling Off Anger Responses
Practicing Assertiveness to Express Healthy Anger
The Importance of Setting Good Boundaries
How to keep your cool, stand your ground and reach a positive
.Overview:
High self-awareness is a key element
for managing your own anger, because
the use of anger management skills
presupposes that you know when you
are angry and recognize that anger as
a cue that something is wrong.
However, anger is a learned response,
and the anger response can be
unlearned, with commitment and
effort. There is nothing wrong with
occasional, moderate
anger. It creates no
lasting harm. But
chronic, sustained
anger can be harmful
to both you and those
around you.
Many of us are
alarmed at how anger
is controlling our
lives. This workshop is
all about acquiring, in
a step-by-step format,
the skills you need to

What’s the difference between managers and leaders?
Managers have employees, leaders win followers
Managers bargain, leaders negotiate
Managers react to change, leaders create it
Managers suffer over failures, leaders learn from them ——-you get the picture
Managers maintain the status quo, leaders take their
organization to new heights. They do it by inspiring their
people. As a result, quality and productivity rise. Innovation is
easier. Risk-taking comes naturally. But leadership isn’t something “you pick up as you go”. It takes formal training —
the kind this program delivers. Leaders are not born they are
cultivated by the very society that their are creatures of.

Articulate project management is
implementing a project on time and within
Good project managers are worth their weight in gold
to any organization. That’s because today everyone’s goal is to make things happen — and that means
executing projects.
You need specific skills to take a project and shape it,
define it, limit it — and ultimately execute it. You need
to know how to plan, budget, schedule and establish
checkpoints along the way. You need to know how to
breakdown the projects in manageable units of WBS,
WBE and WBU’s. Good project managers are developed.
How to effectively respect and utilize your
time.

study on your own pace and at home. This can be done
with a distance study program or signing up for an
online course. The important thing here is to under-
stand the principles and applying these to situations.
