facilities. You can choose from a tiered 120 seat lecture theatre, 33 lecture rooms and 90 syndicate

rooms that can be customised to suit your brief. All venues have their own Business Centre, fully

equipped with PCs, printers, internet access and the latest software. The sheer variety and

flexibility of our facilities give you the freedom to create exactly the event you want.

All this is set in the peace and tranquillity of The University of Warwick’s beautiful 700 acre

There are 475 en suite bedrooms with all the home comforts you would expect of a four star

equivalent facility. We have modern, stylish restaurants with food created by award winning chefs.

They prepare exciting new menus every day, made from the freshest ingredients. Your delegates

can get together in our lounge bars, where drinks are reasonably priced. For the more energetic,

daylight and offers the latest audio visual facilities all managed through a sophisticated but

simple to use control system. We review all our equipment continuously to make sure you

have the most up to date and effective ways to present. If you need anything else, such as

video conferencing, all you have to do is ask and we will arrange it for you.

away from home as easy as possible we have designed our 200 en suite bedrooms to include

all the small touches that help your delegates feel relaxed. All in all they have a

‘home from home‘ during their stay.

Outstanding fresh food and exciting menus are prepared daily by our award winning

chefs and served in our attractive, modern restaurants. A full English breakfast selection

and carvery lunch make the most of working hours, and in the evening you can enjoy

an imaginative three course dinner with silver service. Just ask and our chefs will prepare

something extra special, from a luxury banquet for 200 to a themed dinner to a barbecue.

Set on the beautifully maintained 700 acre campus of The University of Warwick, our three

Training and Conference Centres are available all year round for both day and residential training

and meetings. In addition, The University of Warwick’s Conference Park provides conference space

for events from 12 – 1,200 delegates.

directionsThe University of Warwick lies on the

outskirts of Coventry, at the very heart

of England and is easily accessible by

road, rail and air. The region is home to

Coventry Cathedral and Warwick Castle,

with stately homes, gardens, museums

and galleries nearby.

by roadSituated at the hub of the national

motorway network, all major links (M1,

M6, M40, M42, M45 and M69) are within

easy reach. The University of Warwick is

ten miles from J15 M40 and just 12 miles

from J2 M6.

Each of the three Training and Conference

Centres have their own free car park on site.

by railLondon is 70 minutes by rail from Coventry

Rail Station which serves all major cities.

During the day there are half hourly train

services to London Euston. The University

of Warwick is just four miles from the

Rail Station. A regular Bus Service operates

from the Warwick Road Bus Stop which is

a short walk from the Rail Station. Taxis

are readily available from the Taxi Rank

outside the Station.
