TRAINING REGULATION ABOUT RSS/DSS

Pre SM

• RM chooses Pre-SM joining RSS & DSS AA department Training department.

• Besides meet requirements of promotion, they must finish & pass TCA of RSS & DSS.

• These programs will be held every 2 months or request from agency.

TRAINING REGULATION ABOUT RSS/DSS

SM/ Pre BM under 1 year

• Not attend RSS & DSS yet: invite them join these programs. They must finish & pass TCA these programs before 4th working month in 2010.

• Promote to higher position: besides meet our promotion requirements, they must attend full programs that we offer like as series of management workshops.

TRAINING REGULATION ABOUT RSS/DSS

SM/ Pre BM 1 year above

• Not attend RSS & DSS yet: invite them join these programs. They must finish & pass TCA these programs before 4th working month in 2010

• Promote to higher position: beside meet our promotion requirements, they must attend full training programs that we offer like as:• Good BM share their experience • Outsource training program
