TRAINING PRESENTATIONA complete 100% online training at 7-Shapes School
Through this training, the trainees will have the opportunity to learn the necessary
knowledge to access the Green Belt certification in Lean Management. To enable them to
have the level required for the exam, we have set up a training program around our learning
tool: the 7-Shapes School.
The 7-Shapes School offers a range of educational content, including a simulation-type
video game, all of which is 100% accessible online. The 7-Shapes School is based on several
key factors for successful learning: micro-learning with gamified notions from 1 to 10
minutes, simulation thanks to the challenges constrained in terms of time and money that
plunges the trainees into a factory with a failing organization. Finally, quizzes allow
self-assessment and adaptation of learning according to the results obtained.
The whole training allows the trainees to understand the philosophy of Lean, what are its short and long term benefits and to identify and carry out simple workshops* through :
● The implementation of Lean management tools and methods● The animation of the approach with the teams.
*in the sense of the NF X 06-091 standard (criteria of complexity of a workshop).

TRAINING OBJECTIVESLearn the basics of Lean Management
OBJECTIVES
At the end of the training, the trainee is able to master the simple tools and methods of Lean. He is able to carry out simple projects (as defined by the NFX 06 091 standard) by involving the teams and guarantees the durability of the actions implemented.
This certification certifies the mastery of the methodology for leading quick-win improvement projects for a limited scope of activity (work unit, simple workflow, workstation, etc.), with strong involvement of the teams in the field and management.
The trainee may take the Lean Green Belt certification exam (knowledge part)
listed in the Specific Directory under identifier 2254.
Green Belt Lean Level = Piloting of a simple workshop (as defined in the NX F 06-091
standard) 5S, SMED, process analysis, spaghetti diagram, management rituals
