Dear fellow members of the medical device industry,

Health Sciences Authority (HSA) will be conducting a training session on grouping of medical devices for dental use. There will be an overview of the principles forgrouping products for registration.

Please note that this training session is for companies who are dealing with dentalproducts. If your company is not dealing with dental products, you may not need toattend this training session.

Date: 14 April 2009 (Tuesday)

Location: HSA Auditorium,Level 1, Health Sciences Authority11 Outram Road, Singapore 1690786866 3560

  Time: 2.00pm - 6.00pm

Fees: S$50 (inclusive of 7% GST)

Interested members may apply for the training session using the attachedregistration form.

Registration:As the training session is limited to 100 participants per session, registration will be

on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Please submit the registration form together with your cheque, payable to "HealthSciences Authority" by 06 April 2009.

 The confirmation email will be send to all successful applicants on 09 April 2009.

Location: Situated directly opposite Outram MRT station.

Parking Instructions: NO parking is available at the Health Sciences Authority building.

Please park at:-(i) Covered carpark in Health Promotions Board building (adjacent building to HSA), as

indicated in yellow on the map, or (ii) The URA open-air carpark opposite the National Cancer Centre.
