With due respect, I Raihan Bin Rahman ID: 111 141 137, from section “B” would like to let you be informed on behalf of our group that, with the help of Almighty Allah and your great coordination, finally we have become able to accomplish the term paper that is required for this course as well as for our prospective future and would like to submit it to you for evaluation.

We are very grateful to you that you have given us this great chance to be familiar with the company annual report and as well as how to analyze it’s financial strength. We have applied our best effort to make this task as clean and clear as possible. Although we have tried our best to make this report as close to perfect as possible, but it’s true that we are fresher in this task. As a result there may have some errors somewhere in this report. I on behalf of our group hope that you would be kind hearted to look at those errors (if any) with your kind sight. We have learned a lot of things that we did not know earlier. Now we have a better knowledge in finance that we wouldn’t have only going through theory or through applied problems unless you have given us this task. However, in your course we have learned so many things that cannot be expressed within a piece of paper and we all thank you for the knowledge you have shared with us. We are really very grateful to you.

This is to certify that the term paper has been prepared by a group of students who are currently studying B.B.A at United International University and the information that is used, is not plagiarized. All the information is being taken from the annual report of two companies under same industry (Crown cement and Premier cement). The names of the group members are Raihan Bin Rahman, Sadman Shakib, Fahmida Jabin, Mir Sadia and Nazifa Maliat.
