RECENT EXPERIENCE

Integrated Change Assurance Program - Australia Indec undertook an assurance business process review that introduced a systematised, risk-based, integrated second-line assurance approach addressing a prioritised set of Change Programs. Faster Rail Program Final Business Case - Sydney, NSW, Australia In 2018, the NSW Government announced the Government’s commitment to preparing a Fast Rail Network Strategy. WestConnex Operations and Maintenance - Sydney, NSW, Australia WestConnex is Australia’s largest road infrastructure project. In joint venture with Fulton Hogan, Egis provides operations and maintenance services for the WestConnex M4 (5.5km of tunnels and 7.5km of upgraded motorway), M5 East (10km of motorway including 5km of tunnels) and WestConnex M8 (9km of tunnels). Throughout the development of WestConnex the Joint Venture managed the staged mobilisation of both brownfield and greenfield assets.
