Rate eligibility: The Famous Agents rate is reserved for travel agents who professionally engage in the promotion and sale of travel to the general public, through ongoing business relationshipswith travel suppliers. If this does not accurately describe the nature of your business, you are not entitled to receive the Famous Agents rate. Individuals who possess travel agent identification,but who are not professionally employed as travel agents, or who are not travel agency owners or managers, are not eligible to receive the Famous Agents rate, even if they belong to theFamous Agents programme. Members who have not had account activity in the way of qualified client bookings within the last six months are not eligible for use of the Famous Agents rate.Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to determine each individual’s eligibility for the Famous Agents rate on a case-by-casebasis. Valid travel agent identification may be requested in advance of your arrival, and must be provided upon check-in.
