My hunt for real estate properties in South India takes me to the city of Tamil movie industry, Chennai.

I must say I am very impressed with the city simply for its love for Tamil and Movies. If you seriously wish to see and feel what "FAN" means, then this is the place to be.

So coming to the real estate search, I stumbled upon some ravishing buildings and structures.

So today I am going to update about Radiance Realty Mandarin which I visited yesterday with one of my friend.

So talking about construction quality, Radiance definitely ranks 5 out of 5. Very little or in fact no complaints about their buildings or construction.
