- 3. CHOOSING YOUR PATIENT
- Step 1: Choose Rolodex icon from main screen.
- 4. TRANSACTIONS ICON Click the Transactions icon
- 5. STEP 1 Treatment Tab Select the Treatment Tab-This will open the screen shown on slide six
- 6. ADD TREATMENT
- 7. STEP 2 New Claim Select the type of claim here-When entering student treatment, this will be dental insurance Click the New Claim Button
- 8. Enter Claim Information Ensure information is accurate
- 9. STEP 3 Code Field This is the More Button
- 10. Procedure Code List Select Category (Discipline) here Search by Code or Procedure Description Select Type of Code here Click on magnifying glass to start search
- 11. STEP 4 - Site, Surface, Unit Enter site(s) and surface(s) here Enter number of Units here, if multiple units for a CPT code
- 12. Step 5- Entering Provider # and Treatment Location Click the more button to select provider Trx location This should default to College Main Building
- 13. STEP 8 - Discipline The discipline field is set to enter the appropriate discipline from the treatment code you chose.
- 14. STEP 10 Add/Complete Click the Add Button to add the treatment entered
- 15. STEP 11a Finalize (same provider) Click New (NOT New Claim) to enter additional treatment by the same provider
- 16. STEP 11b Finalize (different provider) Click New Claim (NOT New) to enter additional treatment by a different provider
- 17. Approval Unapproved treatment is green
- 18. Thank You
