2.Getting Start
2.1 How to access the feedback applicationOpen any web browser and type the following URL : http://trendwiseanalytics.com/Feedback and the home page will appear.

2.2 Install Android mobile app
Download Android app from the landing page , URL :http://trendwiseanalytics.com/Feedback , and install in Android Tablet .
Once it gets install , it appears as below:
Click on , the key button , popup will appear and it will ask for User ID ,have a trial userid as demoor the userid provided by the Trendwise team if you have signed up.

After entering the userid , click on the Ok button , wait for a minute ,it will automatically downloadthe department and its question , after downloading process , screen apear with Department name.

Click on a department ( say General Store ), next screen apear with list of question for selected department. Click on done after filling the feedback.

Go back using Android default back button , and it revert back with list of departments.
The process can be repeated for various departments.
2.3 Web Application
Once you are at feedback landing page or go to http://trendwiseanalytics.com/Feedback 1 , drive forthe Demo , Click on the Demo button on the page , it jumps to application login page.
Feedback application credential:username : demopassword : demo
Or you can login with the username and password provided by the Trendwise team.
After login as demo user , you will get the Report Statistics Overview page, there is provision to choose the department and date range.

Next step ,is to select department from the select box
and select the date range for visualizing the feedback.
After selecting all the parameter , click on submit button.

Visulization screen will appear , having Pie charts and question is the label for the Pie chart.
Above example of the General store department , it has 4 questions for the customer 1. How is the service ?2. Were the staff courteous ?3. How is the quality of the products?4. Was checkout quick and easy?
For all questions having response value as : Very Good , Good , Average , Poor.

In order to view the comments in the free text field, choose Comments tab on the navigation bar on the left and repeat the process as above.

To logout from the application , click on username and click on logout.
And it will automatically redirect to login page.
