While working with Trent he has demonstrated skills that are beyond those of the “typical” Tool Pushers I have encountered. I have witnessed Trent change from his role as Tool Pusher to teacher. I have seen him overcome obstacles and prejudices in his quest to accomplish our company’s goals. Always willing to help others regardless of the task is one of the virtues I admire about Trent. Words I would use to describe him would be: responsible, competent, reliable, trustworthy and non- judgmental. These traits have led me to respectively ask his presence on my rig. Trent has always carried himself in a professional manner, is quick to inform and disclose of any situations that may arise. I have seen him act as a mentor to others regardless of time of day, including on his personal time off. Trent is very inquisitive, quick to learn and always a team player. Trent has adopted our goals and made them his goals. Always focusing on the finish line is another trait I admire about him. In my 30+ years of oilfield work, I have encountered very few persons that immerse themselves in their work and are as driven as Trent. Cost saving and streamlining our operations is his method of operation and a very welcomed attribute. Logistical skills are unsurpassed. Anyone willing to offer training and employment to Trent will not be disappointed. Speaking with Trent I realized his back ground in the oilfield industry is great but his resume only tells a partial story of this persons’ ability. Always striving to be the best keeps him driven and focused. I sincerely hope you consider him as your next candidate for employment. Regards, John Landry, OIM Pride International [email protected]

Gentlemen:

In a recent conversation with Trent Smith I was informed that he wanted to broaden his horizons and explore the possibility of working elsewhere in an effort to gain knowledge and increase his quality of life.
