Welcome to Tresillian Arts Centre

In this fast paced world we live in today, it is extremely important to take time out

for ourselves. Tresillian Arts Centre is a place to learn new skills and enjoy the

friendly artistic atmosphere.

Tresillian members are invited to participate in the annual Student and Tutor

Exhibition and are invited to attend our many gala events throughout the year.

Studios are now open to visit on the last Friday of each month 10 am to 2 pm.

STUDIO ARTISTS

Meet the ArtistsJudy Rogers is an award-winning

artist who has gained the attention of

art audiences and artists alike with her

disarming portraits depicting insightful,

tender and personal moments.

Caroline Marinovich’s paintings are bold

and colourful. As still life and life studies,

they draw the viewer to experience another

time and place.

Enjoy the diversity of artwork produced

by the artists who make Tresillian

such a vibrant and inspirational

art centre for all to enjoy.

Tresillian Arts Centre programs exhibitions throughout the

year. Artworks on exhibit are available to purchase and special

requirements such as private commissions can be arranged.

Elisabeth Mulroney uses observations

of local scenes to comment through her

sculptures on the human interaction with

their environment. Her fi gural ceramics

tell a story.

Cy Rocchi’s works display her responses

to locations that have a personal and

emotional meaning to her and convey

the beauty and peaceful expanse of the

Western Australian landscape.

The Printmakers Association of WA have

called Tresillian their home for many years.

Tresillian is proud to showcase artworks

produced by WA’s most accomplished

Printmakers.

Elmari Steyn is a printmaker who

focusses on collagraph and copper

plate etching. Her work refl ects her

love of nature, and wilderness, and the

relationships of individuals within nature.

Philip Partington’s artwork explores the

notion of the journey of life, capturing the sense

and spirit of a place. Recreating this through

colours and subjects that aff ect us all.

Vanessa Milner’s paintings explore

feelings attached to relationships, and her

overseas journeys. Vanessa develops an

abstract backdrop with acrylic paint, then

superimposes imagery drawn in black pen.

Valerie Glover enjoys the challenge of

combining theory with the practice of art, be

it the thrill of captured light or the power of

primary and blended colours. Valerie works

in oils, acrylics and mixed media.

Angela Davis is a contemporary

realist artist. Her colourful landscapes

in both oils and pastels create a sense

of escape to beautiful places.

Louise Collier’s artwork encompasses many

diff erent genres. This refl ects her love of

change and desire to explore new and exciting

horizons. Louise takes inspiration from the

culture and landscape of Northern Australia.
