IntroductionThank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for the design of the Himalaya Post website. Working together, I believe we can create a dynamic website that is simple to navigate and has a professional, yet welcoming design.

trickipedia Technologies was founded in the year 2010, which specializes in web development, website design, ecommerce development, Web Application, Custom Development, flash and SEO. Its a company with sample amount of flexibility. We never let you pay more than you need, or give less attention than you deserve. It is privately funded, do not rely on venture capital and operate on a continuously profitable basis, thus are able to maintain all operations and growth with the current revenues. Our philosophy being "complete customer satisfaction" which makes us a people oriented company, wherein we work person-to-person and not business-to-Business.

NEEDSHimalaya Post needs a website design to update its brand and presence on the web.The site design will be built to reach out to prospective clients, as well as serve and support thecurrent Himalaya Post clients.Furthermore, Himalaya Post needs a website that can be maintained by its IT staff employee, without the need to regularly employ The Brand Affect to make changes.The Himalaya employee needs to be able to add and revise both text and photosand additional pages if necessary

SOLUTIONS• The idea of “ Himalaya Post” HP-NEWS website is oriented to develop the

high-quality online resource of accurate information that reflects variety of opinions and meaningful discussions about development of democratic society in Pacific Asia and Western World. Himalaya Post provides instant news reports and analytical materials, reviews, comments on all over the world

• HP produces up to 100 news items in Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, Arabic, Ur and 50 news items in English about politics, economy, society, culture, science, and sport in Central Asian region. Its interactive features include traditional push-channels of content: RSS, email list, online bookmarks and social networks: Facebook, Twitter.

He regularly reads variety of both print and online mass media. Checks news websites and compares different sources to get full picture of situation on markets. Subscribed to several outlets simultaneously. As a businessman he pays attention not only to content but ads as well.Student: Man, 20 years old. Usually access news websites irregularly, and finds news on secondary sites or through search engines. Mostly interested in entertainment, sport, science and accidents. Prefer to read short texts and easily lose interest in case of big articles. Likes to share links in social networks: Facebook, Twitter.

Content Management System• (CMS) that will allow Himalaya Post to make changes easily to

the website, without requiring a dedicated workstation or additional software.

• Not only will the CMS save Himalaya Post website revision costs, but it will also ensure that the website stays fresh and up to date.

Workflow Preliminary Design• Working in conjunction with Himalaya Post, The Brand Affect will recommendtemplates based on the needs we have discussed. Once a template is approved, theBrand effect can begin incorporating the Content Management System and getting itready for initial design and content setup. The preliminary design concept for the newwebsite will include the basic layout, color palette, font choices, etc.• Himalaya Post will need to provide the basic website content prior to initialdesign beginning. We have found that content can be the biggest roadblock infinishing a website in the time projected, which is why we require the initial copy prior tostarting. This allows us to focus on more of the design and function of the site, ratherthan trying to piece it together as we go along.

Workflow Preliminary Design• Generally clients will gather existing materials (pamphlets, forms, papers, photographs)and ready them for the site. The content is then parsed out into individual web pagesand assembled in a hierarchy which is easy to understand and to navigate. Site contentis added to pages which have a consistent theme and look in terms of headers, footersand custom accent graphics, like buttons, bullets and more.o The Brand Affect can help to provide a basic template to assist in developing thesite content if needed upon request.Once we complete our initial review of the website, the copy can be added to or changed asneeded

Initial Design ReviewOnce the initial design is ready for review, The Brand Affect will setup a meeting or phone callto go over the website with Himalaya Post. In this review, we will go through the sitepage by page and notes will be taken regarding any edits, changes or additions we discuss.Second / Final Design ReviewOnce the changes and edits have been made to the website, The Brand Affect will setupanother meeting or phone call to go over the website with {COMPANY NAME}. In this review,we will once again go through the site page by page and notes will be taken regarding anyedits, changes or additions we discuss.

TrainingOnce the site is ready to go live, Trickipedia will run ONE two-hour training sessionwith Himalaya Post employees, showing them how to use the Content ManagementSystem. This can be done on site or online.• LaunchWhen Himalaya Post has finished incorporating all the content they wish to have atlaunch, they will ask Trickipedia to make the site go live…Congratulations!

• Business Initial Design Setup - $200o Let us customize 2 email templates with custom graphic headers and your color palette and fonts for future email campaigns. We can create an “announcement” type email, as well as a newsletter based email template that can be copied and edited for each email campaign.

We also provide custom graphic headers that we host on your website, so you don’t have topay for space to store images with Constant Contact or MailChimp. We can also setup thetemplates with relevant content provided by the company

• Addition of Contacts - $75/hour

o Need help adding your contacts? The Brand Affect can help you put your contacts togetherand sort them (if applicable), to allow you to set up different email lists. This way, you cansend specific email campaigns, or send to all based on the content of the message. Thehardest part is getting them all together initially, so ask how we can help.Website MaintenanceThe Brand Affect can assist you as you rollout your new website. An important part of keepingyour site relevant and attracting visitors is by updating your content. This can be through newproducts or services, resource updates or latest industry news. Some companies do not havethe time or resources to make frequent updates, so we can help by making them for you underone flat fee:

• Monthly Retainer - $250• Monthly Retainer - $250o This would include any updates made to the website. Whether it’s a new page or menuitem, updated site graphics, addition of forms, or latest news articles, it would be coveredunder the retainer. These can be setup as 3, 6 or 12 month retainers, based on thefrequency of updates or transition over of a new website.

• Hourly Rate - $75o Only need a couple updates at a time or one big campaign push? We can help only whenneeded and bill our time in 30 minute intervals.

Fee schedule If Himalaya Post wishes Trickipedia to go forward with the project, here is the schedule for payments of the fee:• 50% DEPOSIT due upon acceptance of the proposal before work commences• 25% due upon initial site review• 25% plus any incurred additional hourly fees no later than 30 days from when the completed design was delivered to Himalaya PostThe Trickipedia Tech will launch the website when requested, providing that there is no balance due.

Terms & ConditionsOnce the project fee is paid in full to The Trickipedia Tech, any elements of text, graphics, photos,contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Himalaya Post for inclusion in websiteare owned by Himalaya Post.Trickipedia Tech works in direct partnership with Hibiscus Brand Management for custom webgraphics and has a design portfolio in conjunction with Hibiscus Brand Management throughtheir website.Trickipedia Tech assumes Himalaya Post has permission from the rightful owner to useany images or design elements that are provided by Himalaya Post for inclusion in thewebsite, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Trickipedia Tech from any claim or suitarising from the use of such elements.

NEXTstepsTo proceed with this project, Himalaya Post is required to take the following steps:

• Accept the proposal "as is" or discuss desired changes.*Please note that changes to the scope of the project can be made at any time, but additionalcharges may apply.• Finalize and sign contract• Submit initial payment of 50% of total project fee.

Once these steps have been completed we will begin the project.
