Pocket-sized receivers with ear buds are available to be checked out
during the Worship Service from the sound booth at the rear of the
sanctuary.
ELDER INVITATION
Following morning worship, the elders will be available to members
and guests for prayer and ministry. Simply come to the front of the
sanctuary where we will be glad to: pray for your personal needs, lead
you in receiving Jesus Christ as your Savior, discuss church
membership.

ESPECIALLY FOR OUR GUESTS
We are glad to have you worship with us today. You
are worshiping with people who experience the
same difficulties of life as you. We have nothing to
boast about except the God we worship. Please relax
and focus upon the Lord Jesus who loves you and
desires for you to follow Him. While God has surely
led you here, you likely still have a number of im-
portant questions about us; how to get more involved and connected in
meaningful relationships or about your own personal or spiritual needs.
If so, please allow us to help you by completing the guest registration
inside the back cover or by coming forward during the invitation time.

CHURCH INFORMATION
DEACON OF THE WEEK The New Testament
describes the role of
a deacon as a serv-
ant. Deacons serve
by meeting needs so
elders can equip,
and the church body can be pre-
pared to minister. Needs can be
someone’s car won’t start after
church, someone asks for help, or
any of a variety of issues. For
December 21-27, Hal Clary will be

LATE BREAKING NEWS
CELEBRATE MARRIAGE Congratulations on these
wedding anniversaries:
Mark & Sue McClellan-29 years
Todd & Stephanie Shropshire-
23 years
CHRISTMAS BLESSING FOR
CHRISTINA HARVEY
Christina (daughter of Rick and
Mary Harvey) is currently work-
ing a two-year teaching position
in China. She has had some thy-
roid health issues arise, and needs
to have a needle biopsy of the
thyroid. In China, the fee must be
paid in advance, but she lacks the
funds at this time to have the pro-
cedure. We thought it would
bless her and her family to re-
solve the issue sooner than later.
We would like to raise $1300,
which is approximately what is
needed for the test. If you would
like to participate in blessing
Christina and her family, you may
make a check to Trinity Baptist
Church. On a SEPARATE
PIECE OF PAPER, note that it
is for the Harvey medical fund.
Your gift will be tax deductible
and greatly appreciated. Thank
you!
WILBERFORCE INITIATIVE The Wilberforce Initiative is a
ministry of TBC that helps equip
believers on cultural and current
issues from a biblical perspective.
We address many topics including:
the family, pro-life, marriage, race,
science, religious liberty, and
many others. Check us out regu-
larly at wilberforceinitiative.org If
you have any questions please
visit with Ryan Polk or Curtis
Winkle.

LATE BREAKING NEWS...Continued
THE ACADEMY
The Academy is a training minis-
try that tries to give believers a
well rounded biblical foundation
in several key areas of the Chris-
tian life. This is accomplished in
monthly meetings through reading
one book a month, presentations,
interaction with TBC staff and
elders, and discussion, all with the
goal of trying to use what we are
learning to help others know
Christ better. This is a challenging
but rewarding equipping oppor-
tunity that nearly 75 members of
TBC have already participated in.
If you are interested or have ques-
tions please talk to Ryan Polk.
The 2015 Academy group will be
determined by mid December and
the first meeting will be mid Janu-
ary 2015.

MISSIONS MINISTRY UPDATES
Alyssa E. wrote from South
Asia that the girls’ staff has been
able to host several large group
events, two of which were Bible
studies. At each event, there have
been at least two local believers
present. They have been faithful
to give testimonies and to share
their experiences with Jesus.
Kevin E., Alyssa’s husband,
says that Yash has been consist-
ently praying for his parents’
salvation. He finally told his Mom
that he is following Jesus. He said
it went well. Pray that Yash will
continue to be bold and will even-
tually tell his Dad about his faith.
James L. in East Asia repor ts
that there are four new
“creations” (i.e. believers). All
had been seekers for some time.
We’ve been asked to pray for
protection and wisdom for nation-
als who are in places of church
leadership in East Asia. The au-
thorities recently closed down a
large house church.
Pray for the safety of Christians in
North Africa who are meeting in
open areas away from others in
their closed country.
All over the world, the true mean-
ing of Christmas will be shared.
Often Christmas parties are
planned. Ask that hearts will be
prepared. Jesus is coming again!
This past week, five members of
Antioch house church in Kun-
ming, including Pastor David,
Black Yi Sister Khang, and
Missions Director Chen, visited
three self-recognized evangelists,
Brother Bi, and the Naisu believ-
ers in his village. This was a
follow-up to the visit that John
Long and Jim Han Dong made
this past September. Our Chinese
Fellowship has donated some
funds to underwrite such visits by
local believers to strengthen
relationships between trips to
China by Trinity. Team Four,
composed of Jiening R., Justin
Devero and Sean Huang, is
scheduled to visit China in March
during OU’s Spring Break. When
the Missions Prep class resumes
on Wednesday nights in January,
John Long has offered to brief
them and to pass along contact
information gleaned from his
recent trip. Billy Wolfe has print-
ed color photographs to aid them
in personal recognition.
