Trns•port Enhancements
An Enhancement TMR requests a change to software programs or documentation to extend or improve functionality or performance. All enhancements to the generic Trns•port system must have the
approval of the Trns•port Task Force prior
to being implemented.
Trns•port Errors
• In general, a Maintenance TMR requests correction of an error that causes product materials (programs or documentation) to perform contrary to their requirements, design, or other documented specifications.
• Maintenance TMRs may also refer to activity involved in changing program code in response to the discovery of unacceptable performance issues or to address changes in software operating environment that cause the program to work incorrectly.

• Report to Info Tech Help Desk by phone or Cloverleaf on-line report– What is the problem?– Document what you were trying to do
• Provide as much detail as you can
– What result was expected?– Provide priority ranking

• Info Tech staff will – Assign Call Number– Evaluate report for completeness– Request additional information if needed– Will verify error– Assign a Error Report Number

Five priorities:
Urgent – Very important, stops ability to perform a critical business function
Critical – Problem presents licensee from completing implementation (should include a date needed by)
High – Important, a major inconvenience but does not stop a critical business process

Medium – A definite issue but does not stop business process; can work around
Low – A Nuisance to business procedures; can work around
