DESCRIPTION:
TRON FLEX a versatile membrane is based on acrylic
modified polymer it consists of a very elastic polymer with
the inherent flexibility that allows the membrane to
accommodate movements in the substrate. It works as a
seamless membrane that performs and adapt to any
construction requirements in varied climatic conditions.
TRON FLEX is water proofer and allows concrete surfaces to
breath water vapour naturally. It seals cracks and joints in
old or new roofs / walls and simultaneously leaving a
seamless finish to the roof surface. Due to its versatility, it
can be practically applied to any supported substrates like
concrete, asbestos cement.

COVERAGE
Specification for walls
The system consists of the following sequence;
1. 1 coat of Primer tron flex (0.1litre / m²)
2. 1 coat of TRON FLEX (0.3litre/m²)
3. 1 layer of Fibre mesh
4. 1 coat of TRON FLEX (0.3litre/m²)
5. Final 1 coat of TRON FLEX (0.3litre/m²)
The finished coating will approximately provide 0.8mm film
thickness.
NOTE:
?3 hours is needed for the drying of each coat of
TRON FLEX before the application of the next coat.
?Coverage and Thickness is theoretical and may vary due
to different substrates.

APPLICATION WITH ADHERETRON FIBBER MESH
ADHERETRON Fibre mesh is a non-woven fibre mesh fabric
used as reinforcement in the application of liquid
waterproofing where substantial movement is anticipated.
It is designed so as to allow TRON FLEX to pass through;
thereby forming a compact reinforced sandwich
membrane upon application problem between the top and
bottom layers should a high force be applied on it.
APPLICATION FOR USING POLYESTER FIBRE MESH IS AS
FOLLOWS:
Where a layer of fibre mesh is used as reinforcement for
better tensile strength of membrane. It shall be laid onto
stthe 1 coat of TRON FLEX before it is totally dry to enable it
st ndto adhere onto the 1 coat and leave to dry. The 2 coat
TRON FLEX should apply.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surface are clean and free from dirt, oil, grease,
efflorescence, fungi growth, loose particles and laitance.
Hack off honeycombs to expose concrete. Remove all
chipped and loose particles and clean surface before
repairing.
Repair all hacked off areas with TRON INJECTION GROUT.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
?Surface preparation
Roofs and other surfaces must be thoroughly clean,
dry, free from dirt, oil, grease and loosely adhering
particles.
?Primary Coat
A primer is required prior to the application of TRON FLEX
onto porous surfaces such as asbestos cement and
reinforced concrete.
?TRON CRETE should be applied as a primer by brush at
coverage of 200 gms/m² and allowed to dry before
proceeding.
?The first coat of TRON FLEX is applied with roller up to a
thickness of 0.3mm. The second coat is applied after
24hours with roller to achieve a final thickness of 0.8
TRON FLEX final curing to take place at normal room
temperature. Complete curing is required before any
insulation or protection board is placed.
PACKAGING
TRON FLEX is an available in 5 & 20 lrt pail.
