Ordering is so easy!Just follow these simple steps

Choose your style of medal or badge.

Send us your design or use our FREE design service.

Place your order stating:• Style • Quantity• Shape and size• Finish • Enamelling colours (if any)• Ribbon detail (if applicable) • Date required

Within 7 days we will send artwork for approval.

Once approved, production will commence.

Your medals will then be delivered within your requested timescale, pin badges within 4 weeks.

FAQs

Q Does the 6 or 12 week production lead time include delivery to me?A. Yes!

Q Can I mix the medal finish colours (E.g. Antique Gold, Antique Silver, Antique Bronze etc.) within my order?A. Yes!

Q Will there be any extra charge for this?A. No!

Q How can I work out the price if my medals are not circular?A. Simply contact your trophy shop retailer who will be able to give you an exact quotation within 24 hours.

Q How do I know how many dies I will be charged for?A. You will be charged a die for each side that has a design, even if the designs are the same.

If the reverse is plain you will only be charged 1 die for the front of the medal.

If your design has ‘cut-outs’ you will be charged for 2 dies even if the reverse is plain.

Q Where are the medals manufactured?A. All our bespoke personalised medals are manufactured in our partner factory in China, for the best quality at wholesale prices.

Q I have heard that the medals can be produced and delivered in only 6 weeks, is that correct?A. Yes, they can - once you have ‘signed-off’ the artwork and approved your design it can only take 6 weeks to produce and deliver your medals if we use air freight.

Q Is there a surcharge for the medals to be flown in?A. Yes there is a nominal charge. Depending on the size of medals and quantity, it can be less than 20p per medal. We will give you an exact quotation at the time of ordering if you require this Express delivery service.

Q Can I order bespoke medals without having to pay the express delivery air freight charge?A. Yes, if you are able to place your order further in advance and use our 12 week sea freight delivery, it will considerably reduce the overall cost of your medals.

Q How do I work out my medal price?A. All prices shown are based on circular 3mm thick medals. If your design is 50mm in diameter look in the 50mm column prices etc.

Q What if my medals are rectangular?A. If the longest side is at least 20mm more than the shorter side, for example 60mm x 40mm, look under the 60mm prices, if they are 50mm x 30mm look under the 50mm prices etc.
